Semi hardwood stakes were collected in the medium portion of the ?Ascolano 315? olive
trees, were prepared with 12 cm of length and four leaves, being in the following moment treated or not with 3000 mg L-1 of IBA by five seconds. The experiment was driven at a vegetation home, with an intermittent nebulization system, being the cutting placed in a propagation support, containing the perlita as substrate. Before the stake plantation, were applied the following organics fertilizers Biofertilizante and Nippoterra, in the proportion: 0, 20, 40 and 60 mL L-1. The products were applied in the experimental portions with united dosage. After 58 days, the percentage of cutting with callus, taken root, taken root or
with callus, medium number of rootses and medium length of the rootses were evaluated. The conclusion is that without the substrate heat the dosage of 40 mL L-1 of Biofertilizante propitiated best results, with IBA.
